As of September 15th, 2002, Federal regulations require any person operating a powered vessel of less than 4 meters in length, to have a Pleasure Craft Operator's Card. That is potentially as many as 3.5 million Canadian boaters!

2. Refresher Course - For those who have taken boating courses before
3. Complete Course - The best choice and one that every boating family should take together
